Here at Woodland Veterinary Hospital we understand that your pet is a family member and we strive to provide excellent service to you and quality care for your pet. When the need arises there is no better place to leave your pet than with the staff at Woodland Vet. Our feline ward provides a nice cage for your cat to sleep with the option to double the cage size to provide additional personal space. We also rotate letting one cat out at a time to explore the room and play on our giant cat house. We offer Science Diet wet and dry cat food but you are more than welcome to bring in your own food or personal items for your cat.
Our kennel offers a wide range of cages and runs to accommodate different types of dogs. We have small and medium cages for smaller dogs and for those who wish to be in a quiet environment. We offer runs for larger dogs and we have luxury suites which provide more space for the dogs as well as a kong treat complimentary each day the animal stays with us. Four of our luxury suites are even equipped with a web camera for clients to view their animal 24/7.
Each standard stay includes; 2 meals, 3 walks and a treat before bedtime, however there are extra options that you could choose to enhance your pet's stay which include extended play-time off the leash in our play yard, group playtime with other dogs which requires a temperament test, additional walks, kong treats as well as playing with a laser light.
We offer Eukanuba wet and dry dog food, however if your dog is on a special diet, you may bring your own food for us to give them. While your pet is staying with us we can brush their teeth, brush their hair, give nail trims, administer medication, have a doctor perform a complimentary oral exam or give your dog a bath, just let us know when you drop off your animal.
The staff and doctors at Woodland Veterinary Hospital would like to take a moment to thank you for choosing to board your pet with us. In an effort to make the check-in process easier, please fill out the enclosed boarding form and bring it with you on the day of check-in. Also, if your pet is vaccinated elsewhere, bring in a current copy of your pet’s vaccine records. Dogs must be current on Bordetella, DHPP, and Rabies. Cats must be current on FVR-CP and Rabies. We recommend pets receive these vaccines at least 2 weeks prior for full immunity.
Prearrangements can be made to pick up or drop off your pet outside of our normal boarding hours for a fee of $25. Monday / 7:00-7:00pm Tuesday / 7:00-8:00pm Wednesday / 7:00-7:00pm Thursday / 7:00-8:00pm Friday / 7:00-7:00pm Saturday / 7:30-6:00pm Sunday / 1:00-6:00pm
