Dr. Julia Larson grew up in rural Palmer, Alaska and graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. Dr. Larson’s professional interests include soft tissue surgery and dentistry. She has been a part of the Woodland Veterinary Hospital Staff full and part time since 2004.
Dr. Larson lives in Woodland with her husband, Rich and their German Shorthair Pointer, Janey. She enjoys running, kayaking and baking. Dr. Larson is also a human massage therapist and practices therapeutic massage and body work in Yolo County. She is member of the Woodland Sunrise Rotary Club and is involved in the local Sacramento Valley Veterinary Medical Association.
